At Adobe Basics, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure your tech needs are always met.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Adobe Basics account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Carefully place the product in its original box with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
